To Our Beloved Foundry Community,

We are thankful to have the opportunity to continue serving our community in such uncertain times! It’s been challenging and we have certainly hit a few bumps in the road, but we are 100% committed to continuing our journey towards the Foundry that you remember, pre-COVID-19. We want to make sure during this process, we maintain the highest levels of safety for all. We have been monitoring state and local guidelines to ensure the safety of all our guests, stylists and loved ones. At this time, we are not requiring masks and have decided to make them optional for all employees and guests. If you decide to enter with a mask and would feel more comfortable with your stylist wearing one as well, we would be more than happy to accommodate these requests.

The Foundry Guest Care Team has been working diligently to get everyone’s appointments filled and taken care of! If you feel you may have been missed, please reach out to us at 830.387.4341 and we will get you taken care of! We apologize for any mistakes and inconvenience to you. Navigating all of this has been very complex and we certainly appreciate your patience. Here’s What to Expect at Your Next Visit:
  • Masks will no longer be required upon entry. If you would feel more comfortable with your stylist wearing one during your service, you are more than willing to request that of them.
  • Please sanitize your hands upon entering and leaving… we will have hand sanitizer available around the salon.
  • If you have a fever or have had one in the last 24 hours, please reschedule and stay safe at home.
  • Freshly washed capes for everyone!
  • Hand-massages and makeup touch-ups are available upon request!
  • Our stylists’ stations are 6 feet apart.
  • Clean-ups and bang-trims have resumed and an appointment is no longer needed to receive these services.
  • We are accepting all forms of payment… or check out from your phone on the Pocket Salon app… pretty cool and you can use it to bypass any lines in the future.
