FAQ

Is there a tip included in the price of my services?

While we do not require tips, your generosity is appreciated.  The best thing you can do for your stylist is tell your friends and family about your experience and book a follow up appointment!

Does your salon offer services such as eyebrow waxing, pedicures or manicures?

We do not offer any waxing or nail services, but do offer makeup applications.

Do y’all accept hair donations and if so, what are the length requirements?

Yes, we do hair donations! This minimum requirement is 10 inches.

Do y’all accept American Express/Discover Cards?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards, as well as check or cash.

Does the salon accept walk-ins?

We accept walk-ins if we have the availability, however it is best to schedule an appointment in advance.

How far in advance should I schedule an appointment?

The salon as a whole books out about 2-6 weeks in advance, depending on the service you are needing. If you are unable to schedule an appointment for your requested day or time, we also have the opportunity to add you to our cancellation list which is checked daily!

Are all your stylists at the same price point?

We have stylists from levels 1 through 8.  Level 1 stylists are fully licensed and are completing various phases of our in-house brand of education, Spark.  The higher levels indicate increased demand for more experience and training.

Can I book an appointment online?

We currently offer an option for returning clients to book Haircuts or Blow Dry Styles online. If you have not been to the salon before, we would love to assist you in scheduling! Give us a call and a team member can set up your first visit!

Are there any requirements for me to schedule a color appointment?

We do require color consultations for all new guests requesting a color service! This is a complimentary service that can take place via phone call, email or in person. This gives you the opportunity to sit down with a stylist and review your hair history as well as explain your hair goals and what you are looking to achieve with your color. This will ensure that your service will be booked with the right amount of time so that your hair will get the exact attention it needs.  Your color appointment will be booked accordingly following the consultation!

How much notice should I provide if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

We require at least 24 hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling appointments! For further details, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

How should I go about scheduling an appointment for Extension services?

We require consultations for all extension clients. This gives you the opportunity to sit down with a stylists and work out all the details of your appointment. You will be provided with a quote for services and hair and we can answer any questions you have!

Can I return hair extensions if I decide I no longer want them installed?

All sales are final for hair extensions. This is a policy we enforce from the distributer. We are unable to return or refund the cost of any extensions.
